SLITTING
With over 20 slitting machines Uki’s core competence is Slitting. We offer slit widths from 4mm up to 1800 mm wide. Thicknesses ranging from 6 micron up to 1mm.
ADHESIVE TAPE CUTTING
We have numerous adhesive tape cutting machines and stamping machines. We offer tapes from 3mm wide and dies cuts in individual pcs or on a roll with a liner.
DIE CUTTING
We offer custom dies cut parts through a variety of die cutting methods such as semi automatic die cutting, Platen die cutting, manual die cutting and rotary die cutting.
FORMING AND FOLDING
We supply flexible insulation, formed cuffed and shaped. Offering slot liners, slot closures and phase pads.
SILICONE EXTRUSION
Uki extrude silicone rubber inhouse into tubes shapes sheets and profiles.
DIGITAL CUTTING
All our flexible materials can be digitally cut in house to exact customer speciation’s providing fast turnarounds and avoiding expensive tooling costs.
PRESSURE SENSITIVE ADHESIVE LAMINATING
Most of our materials can be supplied with a self adhesive layer on one side to aid placement and fixing of materials.
SHEETING
We have sheeting facilities to offer materials supplied in sheets up to 1300mm wide and 2mtrs in length With and without interleave.
